The team at the Village Promenade wanted us to create a fun welcome reception and after party for the cast, crew, and sponsors of The Song in a nontraditional multi room event space. The Song is a songwriting competition reality show that was filmed in and around the Village Promenade, a luxury apartment community.

Wireless lighted fixtures were placed around the clubhouse and installed in the ceiling to help turn the relaxed clubhouse atmosphere into a more upbeat ultra lounge party environment. The DJ and Event Host kept the dance floor packed all night. Red carpet was placed along the main entryway leading to the step & repeat banner to create a real Hollywood atmosphere. Wireless speakers were added to adjacent rooms so all party goers could hear the music and announcements.
